The present study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of establishing e-learning in Sarmayeh Bank. The research method was descriptive. The statistical population in this study were learners, teachers, officials and experts in the fields of data engineering and education. 16 teachers and 300 learners for measuring the cultural component, 12 officials and data experts for measuring the technical component, and 12 officials and education experts for measuring the educational component were selected by census method. Data collection tools were Cultural, Technical and Educational Susceptibility Assessment Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means of one-sample t-test and chi-square test. The findings of this study showed that the possibility of establishing a virtual education system in Sarmayeh Bank is approved and useful in terms of cultural, technical and educational infrastructure (P <0.01); Therefore, it is possible to establish e-learning in Sarmayeh Bank, and for the development of e-learning in the bank, more specialized staff should be trained, employees should be interested, and hardware and software facilities should be upgraded.

This study uses the Kirk Patrick model to evaluate the educational effectiveness of specialized project management courses held to improve the performance of technical managers of an armed forces organization. The research is applicable in terms of purpose and surveyable in terms of fulfillment. The statistical population consists of all (60) technical managers participating in the course and 10 senior managers of the organization. The required data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. Semi-structured interviews with managers and closed-ended questionnaires were used to assess the levels of behavior and results. The organization and the university's experts opinions were used to evaluate the validity of the questionnaires, and Cronbach's alpha was used to evaluate the reliability, which shows the appropriate alpha value of the questionnaires' appropriate reliability. The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS22 software. The content analysis method was used To analyze the qualitative data obtained from semi-structured interviews and closed-ended questions, using categorization analysis. The results of the research show that the students' reaction to the way of organizing and holding the project management course is positive and their satisfaction has been achieved. The evaluation results of each level of learning, behavior and outcomes also show that there is a close relationship between the expected results and the defined goals, which confirms the effectiveness of the course.

The aim of this study was to determine the mediating role of jubilation and academic motivation in the relationship between learning self-direction and social acceptance in female elementary school students in Tonekabon. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The population of this study was female students of the second grade of elementary school in Tonekabon. 204 students were selected by means of cluster random sampling method. Data collection tools were Walland et al.'s Academic Motivation Questionnaire(1992), Crown and Marlowe Social Acceptance Questionnaire(1960), Fisher et al.'s Learning Self-Guidance Questionnaire(2001), and Oxford Jubilation Questionnaire. Data analysis using structural equation modeling showed that in the research model, the direct effect of the predictor and criterion variables was 0.38, the indirect effect was 0.600 provided that there is a jubilation mediating variable, and the indirect effect was 0.510 provided that there is an academic motivation mediating variable. Thus, due to the lower effect of direct path compared with indirect paths, the existence of mediating variables of jubilation and academic motivation increases the effect, and the mediating role in the research hypothesis was confirmed.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between professional ethics and components of conflict management in high school principals in western Mazandaran province. This research was conducted by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population included all high school principals in the west of Mazandaran province who were selected by means of Morgan table with a sample of 152 persons based on relative stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools were Bahagir Professional Ethics Questionnaire (2011) and Putnam and Wilson (1982) Conflict Management Style Questionnaire. Data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between professional ethics with competitive and non-cooperative conflict style (P <0.05). Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics and the style of conflict, cooperation, and compromise (P <0.05). The results of this study show that in the study of low-yield organizations, the decline of professional ethics can be considered as an effective factor in conflict management and productivity reduction.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational culture on the dimensions of the learning organization of staff and managers of free universities in Guilan province. This research was a descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this study included all staff and administrators of free universities in Guilan province. Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size and a sample of 270 people was selected by simple random sampling method. Data collection tools were standard questionnaires of Robbins (1996) and Marsik and Watkins (2003). Data analysis was performed by means of structural equation model test. The findings of this study showed that the research model is appropriate and the organizational culture is effective on the dimensions of the learning organization. Based on the results of this study, it is better that the effective role of organizational culture be seriously reviewed and emphasized by the management of educational organizations.

The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this study included the teachers of Tonekabon girls' high schools. The statistical sample consisted of 182 teachers who were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools included Antonowski (1993) Sense of Cohesion Questionnaire, Carroll Responsibility Questionnaire (1991), Jazni Job Creativity Questionnaire (2003) and Harter Competence Questionnaire (1985). Data analysis using stepwise regression test showed that there is a significant relationship between competency perception, sense of cohesion and responsibility with job creativity of Tonekabon girls' public high school teachers (P <0.05) and the variable responsibility and competency perception is the most predictable predictor. .

The aim of this study was to determine the role of social networks and computer games on the level of aggression and academic anxiety of female high school students in the 8th district of Tehran. The method of the present study was descriptive-correlative. The statistical population of this study included female high school students in the second period of District 8 of Tehran in the academic year 2009-2010. The sample size based on Krejcie and Morgan table was included of 347 people who were selected based on random cluster sampling method. The data collection tool was combination and summary of standard and researcher-made questionnaires. Data analysis by means of structural equation method showed that the use of social networks has a negative and significant effect on students' aggressiveness and academic anxiety (p <0.05). The use of computer games has a positive and significant effect on students' academic anxiety (p <0.05). It is suggested that the use of virtual social networks in the service of educational goals at primary schools be considered.
