The aim of the present study is knowledge management in education related to business and entrepreneurship in selected educational institutions. The statistical population consists of 223 universities from different countries around the world, based on the article by Robinson and Haines from Baylor University, and the sample includes 29 major universities. The required data were collected through document analysis and interviews. Using a comparative study approach, the related course titles offered at these universities were identified, and their similarities and differences were analyzed based on 22 and 28 comparative indicators.Subsequently, the courses were categorized based on expert opinions into three groups: common courses; specialized courses including corporate (independent) entrepreneurship with 25 titles, intrapreneurship with 17 titles, and organizational entrepreneurship with 10 titles; and complementary courses. The results indicated that in the universities studied, courses related to independent entrepreneurship—namely those focused on establishing new and independent businesses—received greater emphasis and importance than other courses. In this regard, courses related to intrapreneurship and organizational entrepreneurship ranked in the next levels of emphasis and importance.Using the findings of this study, managers and policymakers can design localized models of entrepreneurship and business education that take into account environmental capacities while maintaining a global perspective. They can also propose appropriate course titles based on the specific environments in which entrepreneurs are expected to exploit or create opportunities.
