This current study was conducted using a qualitative approach and employed the meta-synthesis method, following the seven-step model proposed by Sandelowski and Barroso (2007). The study population comprised 360 articles published between 2021 and 2025. After applying Acceptance criteria, 36 articles were selected for final analysis. Data analysis was performed using MAXQDA software (version 2020) through open, axial, and selective coding methods. Using the data analysis software, 275 open codes were initially extracted. Axial coding was then carried out in two phases: 25 axial codes were identified in the first phase, and 7 axial codes were specified in the second phase. Finally, 3 selective codes were identified as the key skills for leaders. The findings demonstrated that the skills of organizational leaders in the Age of Artificial Intelligence are categorized into three main groups: Soft Leadership Skills, which encompass individual, social, cognitive-analytical, and continuous learning and personal development skills. Hard Skills, such as technical skills and managerial skills.Hybrid Skills, such as creative and agile leadership skills. The results of this research clearly indicate that with the expansion of digital transformation and the increasing penetration of Artificial Intelligence into organizational structures, the nature of leadership has undergone a fundamental transformation. In such environments, leaders can no longer effectively guide their organizations by relying solely on traditional management skills; rather, they must cultivate an integrated set of soft, hard, and hybrid skills to acquire the capacity to confront and manage the complexities of the AI era.
