ارائه الگوی آموزش های مهارتی و حرفه ای مبتنی بر شایستگی در بخش وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش علوم پزشکی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی آموزش های مهارتی و حرفه ای مبتنی بر شایستگی در بخش وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش علوم پزشکی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی- توسعه ای و از لحاظ روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، شامل دو بخش، بررسی و کنکاش ادبیات تحقیق در بخش کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته در بخش میدانی بود. مشارکت کنندگان این پژوهش در بخش میدانی، اساتید حوزه آموزش و مدیران آموزشی در وزارت بهداشت ، درمان و آموزش علوم پزشکی بودند. انتخاب افراد به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با ملاک حداقل 10 سال سابقه مدیریت آموزشی و آشنایی کامل در این حوزه انجام گردید. مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با مشارکت کنندگان تا مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روش تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون(مضامین پایه،سازمان دهنده و فراگیر) انجام شد. فرآیند کدگذاری و تحلیل متنی مصاحبه ها در نرم‌افزار تحلیل داده‌های کیفی MAXQDA 2018 انجام گردید. نتایج نشان داد الگوی آموزش های مهارتی و حرفه ای مبتنی بر شایستگی در بخش وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش علوم پزشکی شامل پنج بعد و 22مولفه می باشد که ابعاد آن عبارتند از: آموزش‌های مهارتی و بالینی، آموزش‌های حرفه‌ای و اخلاقی، آموزش‌های مدیریتی و سازمانی، آموزش‌های فردی و توسعه‌ای، آموزش مبتنی بر تکنولوژی‌های نوین.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to develop a competency-based model for skill-based and professional training in the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education. In terms of purpose, this research was applied–developmental, and in terms of methodology, it was conducted qualitatively using thematic analysis.Data collection tools consisted of two sections: a review and exploration of the research literature in the library-based phase, and semi-structured interviews in the field phase. The participants in the field phase included faculty members in the field of education and educational managers at the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, with the criterion of having at least 10 years of experience in educational management and comprehensive familiarity with this field. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with participants until theoretical saturation was achieved.Interview data were analyzed using thematic analysis (basic, organizing, and global themes). The coding process and textual analysis of the interviews were carried out using the qualitative data analysis software MAXQDA 2018.The results indicated that the competency-based model for skill-based and professional training in the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education consists of five dimensions and 22 components. These dimensions include: skill-based and clinical training, professional and ethical training, managerial and organizational training, individual and developmental training, and training based on emerging technologies.
