Abstract
The research aimed to investigate the role of spiritual leadership in work-life balance through religiosity among elementary school teachers in Hamadan. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and correlation (structural equation modeling) in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study was 1630 elementary school teachers in Hamadan in the academic year 1403-1404, of which 311 were selected by simple random method. Data were collected using Wang and Ko's work-life balance questionnaire, Glock and Stark's religiosity, and Fry and Matherli's spiritual leadership questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Pearson's correlation test and structural equation modeling). The questionnaires were checked and confirmed for reliability using Cronbach's alpha (more than 0.7) and for validity (convergent validity and divergent validity). The data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling) using SPSS 26 and SMART PLS V.3 software. The findings showed that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance (0.531) and teachers' religiosity (0.456) at the 0.01 level. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance among teachers (0.313) at the 0.01 level. Also, spiritual leadership through religiosity has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance among teachers (0.143). The interaction between spiritual leadership and religiosity can balance the amount of teachers' attention to personal life and work life by creating an environment full of spirituality and ultimately achieve work-life balance.
