چکیده

هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل شایستگی کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور با روش‌شناختی تئوری داده بنیاد بود. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نوع داده کیفی و از نوع داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل متخصصان و خبرگان دانشگاه پیام نور بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع 25 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. مصاحبه با افراد خبره بیانگر روا بودن مصاحبه بود و به‌منظور محاسبه پایایی از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر پایا و روا بودن مصاحبه بود. برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از طریق تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های ویژگی‌های فردی، مدیریت، فناوری اطلاعات، جزء مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر شایستگی کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور بودند. همچنین، مؤلفه‌های شایستگی کارکنان شامل مؤلفه‌های شناختی، نگرشی و مهارتی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. علاوه بر این سازوکارها و عوامل تسهیل گر و همچنین موانع اجرای مدل شایستگی کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور نیز ارائه گردید که از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود.
