Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present a productivity promotion model based on cultural components in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of execution, it is a qualitative study conducted within the interpretative paradigm based on the thematic analysis strategy. The statistical population comprised 10 university management experts and faculty members with at least ten years of relevant experience and a profound understanding of productivity promotion based on cultural components at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, who were selected using purposive sampling. Semi-structured interviews were employed as the data collection tool. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis supported by MAXQDA 2020 software. The findings revealed that the productivity promotion model based on cultural components in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences encompasses seven overarching (main) themes—namely, improving the quality of human resources, employee compensation, appropriate leadership style, organizational knowledge development, strengthening organizational commitment, establishing talent management, and job passion—along with 47 organizing themes that influence productivity enhancement based on cultural components. By presenting a comprehensive framework, this study can contribute to the enhancement of productivity based on cultural components at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.
