Educational creativity is one of the key elements in improving the quality of education and increasing the effectiveness of teaching in the field of physical education, and the aim of this study is to present a model of educational creativity among physical education teachers. This research is qualitative and was conducted using a grounded theory approach, in which the data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 14 experts at different levels of physical education teaching, and the Strauss and Corbin method was used to analyze the data, and the validity and reliability of the research interviews were confirmed. According to the research findings, the causal factors affecting the educational creativity of physical education teachers include a creative attitude towards active education and flexibility in physical education teaching methods; the contextual factors of creativity are divided into the provision of resources and facilities, support from management institutions, and promotion of a culture of creativity, while the intervening factors include lack of resources and facilities, lack of specialized training, and educational pressures and standards. The central phenomenon of creativity is known based on two categories of individual factors and environmental factors, and the effective strategies in this field include individual, educational, cultural, and technological strategies; finally, the consequences of educational creativity of physical education teachers lead to increased student participation, improved motor and physical skills, strengthened group skills, and the development of critical thinking and problem solving. The findings also showed that in order to promote the educational creativity of physical education teachers, special attention should be paid to increasing managerial support and providing appropriate resources, and encouraging the use of new educational methods and flexibility in teaching can have a positive impact on innovation in education.
