Structural Equation Modeling of the Relationship between Total Quality Management and Firm Performance with the Mediating Role of Organizational Learning

Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and organizational performance with the mediating role of organizational learning in the Water and Wastewater Organization of Sirjan. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of nature and method, it is correlational.The statistical population consisted of all employees of the aforementioned organization, which reached 154 individuals in 2025 (1404 in the Iranian calendar). Due to the limited size of the population, all members were selected as the sample and studied through a census method.Data were collected using three standardized questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software.The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Total Quality Management and organizational performance with the mediating role of organizational learning. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant relationship between Total Quality Management and organizational performance, between Total Quality Management and organizational learning, and between organizational learning and organizational performance.
