نقش میانجی سبک‌های پردازش هیجانی در رابطه بین ریتم‌های شبانه‌روزی با فراحافظه در دانشجویان

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین ریتم‌های شبانه‌روزی با فراحافظه با میانجی‌گری سبک‌های پردازش هیجانی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که جامعه آماری آن را دانشجویان روان‌شناسی مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامشهر تشکیل می‌دادند (2300 = N). روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای است. حجم نمونه بر اساس نظر تاپاچنیک و فیدل (2001) در مطالعات با رویکرد مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تعیین شد (200=n). ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر مقیاس ریتم‌های شبانه‌روزی هورن و اوستبرگ (1976)، مقیاس اعتماد به حافظه و شناخت ندلجکوویک و کایریوس (2007) و مقیاس پردازش هیجانی باکر و همکاران (2007) بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد ریتم‌های شبانه‌روزی با ضریب 421/0 و به‌بیان‌دیگر به‌اندازه 1/42 درصد بر فراحافظه تأثیر دارد (05/0 > p ) و با توجه به مقدار t-value که برابر 523/7 است می‌توان بیان کرد سبک‌های پردازش هیجانی در رابطه بین ریتم‌های شبانه‌روزی با فراحافظه نقش میانجی را ایفا می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between circadian rhythms with meta-memory with the mediation of emotional processing styles. This study was a descriptive-correlative one whose statistical population consisted of undergraduate psychology students of Islamshahr Azad University (N = 2300). The method is stratified random sampling. Sample size was determined according to Tapachnik and Fidel (2001) in studies using structural equation modeling (n = 200). The data gathering tools in this study were Horn and Ostberg circadian rhythms scale (1976), Nodeljkowicz and Kaieros (2007) memory trust and cognition scale and Bakker et al. (2007) emotional processing scale. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that circadian rhythms with coefficient of 0.421, in other words 42.1%, had effect on metacognition (P <0.05).Considering t-value=7.523, Emotional processing plays a mediating role in the relationship between circadian rhythms and meta-memory.
